Return and Warranty
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g. special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g. beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
As described above, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds for Unattended Deliveries
Refunds may be granted for unattended or failed deliveries; however, all delivery, return shipping, and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

John Barber & Sons operates as a B2B supplier and maintains strict policies regarding returns and warranties to ensure clarity and fairness in all transactions. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
No Returns for Custom Orders
Returns are explicitly excluded for custom-made products, especially for items featuring logos or personalized modifications.
No Returns Policy
John Barber & Sons does not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect their orders upon delivery and report any concerns immediately.
Warranty and Service Terms
We offer warranties exclusively for defective products, subject to inspection and the following conditions:
Warranty Period:
- Electric and Small Items: 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Barber Chairs and Larger Units: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Inspection Requirement:
- All claims under warranty are subject to inspection by our technical team.
- Clients are required to send the defective item(s) to us at their own cost for inspection at:

Temporary Back Part Provision (For Barber Chairs):
- For barber chairs and similar products, we may provide a temporary back part (without massage functionality) for operational use during the inspection process. This is offered as a courtesy and does not constitute an extension of the warranty.
Repair Service:
- If the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair the product free of charge.
- If the defect is determined to be outside warranty coverage (e.g., due to misuse or wear and tear), repair costs will be communicated and billed accordingly.
Exclusions from Warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Consumable items (e.g., bulbs, batteries, upholstery).
Shipping Costs
- All shipping costs associated with sending defective items for inspection or repair are the client’s responsibility.
- If repairs or replacements are authorized under warranty, John Barber & Sons will cover return shipping costs for repaired or replacement items.
